SaaSReels provides AI-powered video generation services on a subscription basis. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly subscription plans with different credit allocations:

  • Starter Plan: 100 generation credits per month
  • Pro Plan: 300 generation credits per month

A standard SaaSReels video generation uses 100 generation credits. Each generated video includes one free post-generation brief update and re-analysis opportunity.

Refund Policy

Within 7 Days of Purchase

If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that:

  • You have not completed a paid video generation
  • This is your first subscription purchase (not applicable to renewals)

After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You can continue to use remaining credits until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Unused credits do not carry over after cancellation

Credit Usage

  • Credits are allocated monthly based on your subscription plan
  • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money

Service Interruptions

If our Service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), affected subscribers may be eligible for:

  • Credit extension proportional to the downtime
  • A prorated refund for the affected period

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider:

  • Your account may be suspended pending investigation
  • We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks in accordance with payment provider policies
