Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SaaSReels, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Description of Service

SaaSReels provides AI-powered video generation services that convert URLs into marketing videos. The Service includes video generation, export, and related features.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information when creating an account
Only submit URLs for websites you have the right to use
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
Not submit content that violates any laws or third-party rights

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe, Creem, or PayPal).

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
You will be charged the then-current subscription price
Prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to applicable taxes

Payment Processing

For orders processed through Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ), Creem acts as the merchant of record. This means:

Your payment is processed by Creem
Your credit card statement will show "CREEM.IO" or "Armitage Labs"
Creem handles tax collection and remittance

Credits and Usage

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of generation credits
A standard video generation uses 100 generation credits
Each generated video includes one free post-generation brief update and re-analysis opportunity
Unused credits expire at the end of each billing period
Additional credits may be purchased separately

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit (URLs, uploaded materials)
Generated videos are licensed to you for commercial and personal use
SaaSReels retains ownership of the Service, its technology, and underlying AI models
You grant SaaSReels a license to process your submitted URLs for video generation

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use SaaSReels to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
Generate, request, upload, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive video, image, audio, or text content
Generate sexual content involving minors or any content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children
Create deepfakes, face swaps, impersonations, or synthetic media that misrepresents a real person without clear authorization
Generate hateful, harassing, violent, self-harm, abusive, or exploitative content
Create misleading or deceptive content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We may review, block, remove, or refuse to generate content that appears to violate this Acceptable Use Policy. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass safety controls or repeatedly submit prohibited content.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

SaaSReels is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or profits
Service interruptions or downtime
Content generated using the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

Violation of these Terms
Abusive or fraudulent behavior
Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
